Ishtar would be my choice. The vaga can run but then it's not a 1v1 is it :) Ishtar is the only one that can have an answer to every rock paper scissor in 1v1 whereas a vaga is a two trick pony.

You can macro trade runs, it's not hard from what I gather. I know a few people that used to do it on the roe runs. That aside it still sounds like a good idea.
